Vickie Chavez

Following her father to Oregon, Vickie and her husband settled in Klamath Falls in 1999. After having lived on the high desert plains of New Mexico, Vickie quickly fell in love with the unsurpassed beauty of the Klamath Basin area.

As a Property Management Specialist, she loves being connected with the entirety of the basin as her work takes her to Chiloquin, Fort Klamath, Rocky Point, Sprague River, Merrill, Malin, Bly, Beatty, Bonanza, Keno, Klamath Falls proper and all points in between. She says she feels like a multi-city resident!

Vickie is a second generation property manager.   She follows in her mother's footsteps and says she can draw from a deep well of experiences in being able to size up a situation and know what course of action to take.    Vickie loves being able to provide property owners with peace of mind knowing their investment property is in good hands.  Having been an out-of-town property owner herself, she understands the anxiety of long-distance ownership and strives even harder to anticipate problems and concerns.   She has a positive "Go Getter!" attitude backed up with a whole lot of "Can Do!"

Her time away from Ewauna Property Management is occupied with administrative duties of the Klamath Falls Little League and spending time with her friends and family. Vickie also has a soft spot for Special Olympics and will soon be coaching local youngsters.
